Plantations

The Natura Beach is located in an agricultural estate which has been in the family for generations. The present owners continue the agricultural tradition as part of the overall Natura concept.
Over 600 citrus trees supply fresh, organic juice and fruits almost throughout the year. The fruits are also used to produce our popular homemade marmalade. Our 400 olive trees produce a few thousand litres of organic extra virgin olive oil annually, as well as delicious olives, both of which are used extensively by our chef.
An organic vegetable garden, at the east side of the estate nearly covers the needs of our kitchen year round. The diverse range of produced vegetables is used in salads or as accompanied to the main dishes. They are also the main ingredients in many of our vegetarian dishes.
The organic herb garden, near the tennis court, provides the unique Mediterranean flavour to our dishes and also a range of healthy herbal infusions.
A few Damascus goats produce the milk for traditional dairy products such as halloumi and anari cheese,
while our free ranging chickens supply organic eggs. One or two pigs help in the recycling of leftovers to create the finest pork, while our rabbits also recycle weeds and other natural food to make excellent quality meat.
